When you request quotes on this site or on one of our local quote sites (our single-service sites for Fort Smith and the River Valley, whose forms submit here), we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, and your description of the job. The submission also records the page it came from and your browser's user-agent string, which helps us spot spam and broken pages.

When a business submits a listing, we collect the business details provided: business name, category, contact name, email, phone, address, service area, website, and description.

If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address. Our page-view counts are anonymous: no names, no accounts, no advertising identifiers.

Quote requests exist to be routed: we pass your request to independent local providers who serve your area and the service you asked about, so they can contact you with a quote. That is the whole product.

Business listing submissions are reviewed by a person before anything is published. We use the contact details you give us to follow up on your submission.

Your quote request is shared only with the local provider or providers matched to it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers or ad cookies on our sites.

Like nearly every website, we rely on infrastructure services (hosting, database, and email delivery) that process data on our behalf to operate the site. They act under their own security obligations and do not get to use your information for their own purposes.
